Summary:

As a Senior Manager of Digital Experience at Empower Pharmacy, you will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in the world's largest 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy. In this hyper-growth and highly regulated industry, your strategic thinking and executional rigor will be pivotal in leveraging AI to enhance speed, scale, and decision-making. You will drive innovation and quality in digital engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a leader of elite P80-P90 talent, you will foster learning agility and utilize AI as a force multiplier, accelerating team and business performance in our rapidly scaling company.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Vision Development: Craft and implement a forward-looking digital strategy that aligns with Empower's growth objectives, focusing on AI-driven improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions to enhance digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and data-driven decision-making.

  • Executional Excellence:
    • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects on time and within budget, emphasizing AI-enhanced efficiency and productivity.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance protocols to ensure digital solutions meet regulatory standards and exceed user expectations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong background in AI integration and digital platform management, with a focus on enhancing user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
