Summary:

As the Supervisor, Digital Marketing at Empower Pharmacy, you will spearhead the transformative journey of our marketing strategies through the effective use of AI. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, you will ensure optimal speed, scale, and precision in decision-making processes. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's digital footprint while aligning with our mission as the world's largest 503A and 503B compounder. We seek a leader with strategic acumen, rigorous execution skills, and the agility to learn and adapt in a hyper-growth, highly regulated environment. Your ability to harness AI as a catalyst for superior performance will be crucial in driving our marketing initiatives and achieving business excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement digital marketing strategies that are data-driven and AI-enhanced to optimize customer engagement and brand positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging AI tools to analyze performance and refine tactics for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize AI analytics to track and improve key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI to drive marketing outcomes.
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and team leadership.
