Position Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Architect plays a pivotal role in driving Empower's business outcomes by using AI to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making in a highly regulated 503A/503B environment. This role owns Salesforce architecture strategy and execution, ensuring solutions align with Empower’s hyper-growth trajectory, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that supports Empower’s strategic goals, improves business processes, and maintains compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
- AI Integration: Develop AI-enhanced solutions that improve automation, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making within Salesforce.
- Innovation Roadmap: Build and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that incorporates emerging technologies into Salesforce architecture and supports long-term business value.
Operational Excellence
- Process Optimization: Optimize business processes through Salesforce, using AI to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce operational risk.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance protocols for Salesforce projects, leveraging AI tools to improve testing, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure Salesforce solution effectiveness and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership
- Mentoring & Development: Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.
- Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce initiatives align with organizational goals and project priorities.
- Resource Management: Manage resources strategically and apply agile methodologies to support efficient, adaptable project delivery.
Compliance & Security
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with applicable industry regulations and security standards.
- Data Privacy: Implement data privacy practices within Salesforce to protect customer and organizational information.
- Audit Preparedness: Maintain documentation and evidence of compliance practices to support internal and external audits.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture and design, with a focus on AI integration.
- Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, data governance, and data privacy in a technology environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technology leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and their application within Salesforce.
