Position SummaryThe Employee Experience Specialist serves as a cultural architect, driving the design and evolution of meaningful, high-impact initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. With a focus on belonging, well-being, and engagement, this role transforms insights into action and moments into movements that elevate the everyday experience of Empower employees. As we scale our mission to bring affordable, innovative medications to 300 million people, this position ensures our internal culture is as strong and transformative as our external impact.
Duties and Responsibilities- Designs and implements enterprise-wide engagement strategies that align with Empower’s mission, using data and feedback to continuously refine programs that enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Partners with enterprise leaders and HR Business Partners to embed recognition, connection, and inclusion into the employee experience at every stage of the talent journey.
- Analyzes workforce data, engagement metrics, and pulse survey results to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
- Leads the planning and execution of employee engagement events, well-being programs, and recognition platforms that build community and drive cultural alignment across all Empower sites.
- Elevates Empower’s employer brand and value proposition through compelling storytelling, strategic communication campaigns, and change management support that reinforces connection and purpose.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Knowledge and Skills- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships, manage complex initiatives, and create experiences that foster inclusion and belonging.
- Proficiency in employee engagement platforms, internal communication tools, data visualization dashboards, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering high-impact employee engagement or culture programs in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, with demonstrated success influencing change across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, communications, business, or a related field required.
- Certified Employee Experience Professional (CEXP) or Event Planning Certificate preferred.
